Freshly squeezed juices in cocktails

Whether you want to conjure up cocktails with or without alcohol, freshly squeezed juices should always be an integral part of your cocktails. They give your drinks their distinctive colors and flavors and ensure a lasting WOW effect for your guests.

A little tip on the side: When buying fruit, pay attention to untreated fruit of organic quality or from a health food store. After all, no one wants wax, preservatives or other chemicals in and on their cocktail. It's definitely worth digging deeper into your pockets - after all, you don't make yourself a cocktail every day.

When it comes to juicing fruit, you basically have two options. Either you use a conventional hand juicer or you take a more professional approach and buy a slow juicer (cold juicer). The advantage of the slow juicer is that it squeezes the fruit gently and the valuable ingredients are preserved. Seeds, peel and components that you (usually) don't want in the cocktail anyway are thrown out into a separate container when juicing.
